1. Assets-Access to Funds
Please provide a letter from joint account holder giving full access to the funds in the bank account mentioned in your email.
2. Assets-Bank Statements
Please send your two most recent months' bank statements. All pages are required (including blank pages). You can submit your transaction history from online banking. Please make sure the following information is on the statement: name, website URL on the bottom of the page, and account balance must be included.
3. Assets-Builder Deposit Verification
Please send a copy of the check given to the builder for the down payment, as well as a bank statement showing the check was withdrawn from your account.
4. Assets-Cash/Funds to Close
Please send your two most recent months' bank statements. All pages are required (including blank pages). You can submit your transaction history from online banking. 5. Assets-Copy of Contract From Sale of Existing Home
Please send a copy of the contract from the sale of your existing home.
Below are commonly asked questions that occur during the homebuying journey.
You can make your first payment by mailing it to 15430 W. Capitol Dr. Suite 100, Attn: Accounts Receivable, Brookfield, WI 53005. Or by making a payment online at https://servicing.gogsf.com/. Simply select the single payment option under the Menu Bar.
If GO Mortgage is servicing your loan, make any payments after your initial payment to: P.O. Box 11733, Newark, NJ 07101-4733. You can also make payments by phone at 1-866-367-7524 or online at gsfservicing.loanadministration.com. If you received notification that your loan was sold, payment instructions for the new lender were included in the notification.
You can find more information by logging into your account at gsfservicing.loanadministration.com and select the “loan activity” tab to view all payment history. You can also contact our customer service department at 866-367-7524 to discuss all escrow inquiry payments by phone 1-866-367-7524 or online at gsfservicing.loanadministration.com.
There is a 'click here' link in the encrypted email sent to you. You will need to log in or create an account with Barracuda Encryption. From there you can download the email in its original format. Detailed directions can be found here - opening encrypted emails
You will sign paperwork at your closing and your loan is considered funded. From there your first payment will be due, typically two months out from your closing. Information on where to send your payment will be in your closing documents but you will also get an email from GO Mortgage on how and where to pay.
